Notes
  • Reference
This data has been submitted to MGD with the accession number MGD-CREX-240.
  • Experiment
    The authors typed progeny from the JAX (BSB), (C57BL/6J x M. spretus)F1 x C57BL/6J and JAX (BSS), (C57BL/6JEi x SPRET/Ei)F1 x SPRET/Ei mapping panels to map Atxn1 to Chromosome 13. The order of loci is as follows: D13Mit4 - 1.1 +/- 0.8 cM - D13Bir11 - 12.9 +/- 2.4 cM - Atxn1 - 2.2 +/- 0.1 cM - D13Mit10 - 7.7 +/- 2.0 cM - D13Bir13 - 0.5 +/- 0.5 cM - Facc - 8.1 +/- 2.0 cM - D13Mit8 - 1.1 +/- 0.7 cM - D13Mit9.
