Cd14 Southern analysis pCD-MCD14/5
Notes
  • Reference
A 1.1kb fragment of pCD-MCD14/5 was used as a probe.
  • Experiment
EcoRI digests of 13 previously defined somatic cell hybrids (12 Chinese hamster x mouse and 1 rat x mouse) were used to show concordant segregation of mouse gene Cd14 with Chromosome 18. All other mouse chromosomes were excluded by at least two discordant hybrids.
