  • Reference
The data supporting the results in this reference have been deposited with MGD under accession numbers MGD-CREX-312, MGD-CREX-313, MGD-CREX-314, MGD-CREX-315, MGD-RIEX-58.
  • Experiment
    18 progeny from the (SM/Ckc-Fbxw4Dac/+ x BALB/cBy)F1 x SM/Ckc and 104 progeny from the (SM/Ckc-Fbxw4Dac/+ x NZB/BlNJ)F1 x SM/Ckc backcrosses were used to map Fbxw4 to mouse Chromosome 19. The order of loci is as follows: D19Mit16 - 29.5 +/- 4.7 cM - D19Mit11 - 1.7 +/- 1.2 cM - Fbxw4 0.0 +/- 1.2 cM - D19Mit10 4.2 +/- 1.8 cM - D19Mit3 - 1.7 +/- 1.2 cM - D19Mit1 - 10.0 +/- 4.2 cM - Xmv18.
