    EcoRI digestion of a hybrid cell line (AD2.KD) created with a human lymphoblastoid cell line (RJ 2.2.5) and BALB/c unstimulated spleen cells produced a 3.6kb band specific to the mouse. AD2.KD contains mouse Chromosome 17 as its only mouse chromsome.
