Tcp1 direct sequencing Tcp1 genomic4
Acat2 direct sequencing Tcp1 genomic4
Acat3 direct sequencing Tcp1 genomic4
Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Tcp-1x for locus symbol Tcp1-rs1.
  • Experiment
The loci Tcp1, Acat2 and Acat3 were determined to be tightly linked by PCR amplification and direct sequencing of the respective regions. The Acat genes were found to be in the opposite orientation to the Tcp genes.
