Experiment

Rat x mouse somatic cell hybrids were created by fusing FTO-2B thymidine kinase-deficient rat hepatoma cells with fibroblasts from C57BL/67 mouse embryos. Southern hybridization of hybrid clone FO(11)J18 indicated that Mpo is located on Chromosome 11.
