  • Experiment
    Authors used several methods to create a physical map which spans a region of approximately 2.3 Mb between Gabra3 and G6pd on mouse Chromosome X. A definitive gene order was established of centromere - Gabra3 - DXHXS1104 - F8a - Zfp275 - Bgn - DXBay2 - L1cam - (Avpr2/DXBay6) - Opn1lw - Ubl4 - Slc10a3 - G6pd. A schematic representation of the murine YAC contig between Gabra3 and G6pd, integrated with a genomic Pulse Field Gel map, is displayed in the reference.
