Ebf1 Southern analysis pEBF-17
Notes
  • Experiment
A panel of mouse x Chinese hamster somatic cell hybrids which do not contain Chromosome 11 was negative for Ebf. A panel of mouse x rat microcell hybrids which contain only mouse Chromosome 11 on a rat background was positive for Ebf, confirming the placement of this gene on Chromosome 11.
