Notes
  • Reference
Author uses Otf-1 for Pou2f1. Cd3h, Cd3z and Cd3q in this reference have been withdrwan to equal Cd247.
  • Experiment
The authors report that the locus for Otf-1 (now Pou2f1) maps adjacent to the Cd3z locus on mouse Chromosome 1 in an antisense orientation. The Cd3 locus on Chromosome 1 expresses the gene products Cd3h, Cd3z and Cd3q which are derived from alternativelyspliced transcripts.
