  Thirty-five primary mouse x Chinese hamster somatic cell hybrids were analyzed. Mice used for creating the hybrids included feral mice carrying various Robertsonian translocations and mice with all acrocentric chromosomes. Sixteen isozymes and karyotypic analysis showed Cs and Pepb to segregate concordantly with Chromosome 10.
