H19 Northern analysis probe 5
Notes
  • Experiment
The rate of transcription of H19 in MatD17 (maternal duplication/paternal deficiency for distal Chromosome 7) embryos is twice that observed in nomal embryos. This region of duplication/deficiency is distal to the T(7;15)9H translocation breakpoint, and thus may include the locus for H19.
