Notes
  • Reference
Authors use locus symbol Lsh for Nramp. Lsh is an allele of Nramp. This article assigns Lyar to Chromosome 1. Subsequently published data J72229 shows that this locus is on Chromosome 5.
  • Experiment
The strain distribution pattern (SDP) reported here for Lyar was 100% concordant with Idh1 in all 21 lines. The other Chromosome 1 loci compared with Lyar were as follows, with the number of discordant lines over the total compared listed in parenthesis;Aox-1 (1/21), Lsh (6/21), Pep-3 (6/21) and Mtv7 (9/21).
