Experiment

A previously defined panel of EBS series Chinese hamster (clone line E36) x BALB/c 3T3 mouse fibroblast somatic cell hybrids were analyzed. Based on the hybridization distribution, the authors assigned Ptgs2 to Chromosome 1 (data not shown).
