Revised gene symbol: HoxB (formerly Hox-2).
  • Experiment
    Three microsatellites (D19Pas6, 5 and 4) exhibiting a polymorphism between Mus Spretus (SPE) and C57BL/6J were mapped in a backcross to Chromosome 19 in the following order: D19Pas6 - 5.3 +/- 3 cM - Fth - 30.8 +/- 3 cM - D19Nds1 - 11.9 +/- 3 cM - D19Pas5- 9.4 +/- 2.7 cM - D19Pas4.
