  • Reference
Revised gene symbol: HoxB (formerly Hox-2).
  • Experiment
Two microsatellites exhibiting a polymorphism between C57BL/6J (B) and DBA/2J (D) were mapped to Chromosome 11 using BXD recombinant inbred strains in the following order: Sparc - 12.1 +/- 5.7 cM - D11Pas5 - 11.5 +/- 6.3 cM - Hoxb. D11Pas6 segregated (with no recombination) with Asgr1 and Zfp3 in this same recombinant set, placing D11Pas6 between Sparc and Asgr1.
