Notes
  • Experiment
3-4-1E1-3, a derivative of cosmid 3-4-1 identifying D17Tu1, was used to place this locus relative to other Chromosome 17 markers. Partial t-haplotypes th49, tlowH and th2, which share D17Leh66, D17Leh122 and regions distal to these markers, were used to show that D17Tu1 resides in a region where t- and non-t chromosomes recombine freely. This places D17Tu1 centromeric to D17Leh66 and D17Leh122, probably outside the t-complex.
