GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Col6a1 Southern analysis [H]Col6a-1 cDNA
Col6a2 Southern analysis [H]Col6a-2 cDNA
S100b Southern analysis [R]BPB
Itgb2 Southern analysis [H]Cd18 cDNA
Notes
  • Reference
Revised gene symbol: Itgb2 (formerly Cd18).
  • Experiment
Seven somatic cell hybrids were from fusions of Chinese hamster and mouse cells. These hybrids were probed for mouse genes Col6a1, Col6a2 and Itgb2 using cDNA probes for human genes COL6A1, COL6A2, ITGB2 and for mouse gene S100b using a cDNA probe for rat BPB. All loci exhibited concordant segregation with Chromosome 10 from the hybrid sets. Data not provided.
