    Blots of DNA from male and female mice showed equal intensities of hybridization when probed with testis specific probe mt PDH 1.2, indicating an autosomal locus for Pdhal. A prior reference places Pdhal on Chromosome 19 (Brown, R.M. et al., Somatic CellMol Genet 16:487-492, 1990).
