There are 136 hybridization sites for the functional Rnu3b complex on Chromosome 11 using probe U, other related sequences are located on Chromosome 1, 2, 10, 12 and 19. In WMP/Pas mice all autosomes with the exception of Chromosome 19 are involved in Robertsonian translocations.
