  DraI digested DNA from male mice that carry the X Chromosome deletion Ta^25H was analyzed. The Ta^25H deletion is known to include DXCrc131, Ar, DXCrc169 and Ta and to lie proximal to Ccg1. DNA from these deletion males displayed the expected 3.8kb Rps4x band demonstrating that Rps4x lies outside and distal to the Ta^25H deletion.
