Experiment

Somatic cell hybrids were from fusion of E36 Chinese hamster and mouse cells. Hybrid 4B31AZ3 was positive for Pl-1, but did not retain a karyotypically identifiable Chromosome 13. It is presumed that a Chromosome 13 fragment or small translocation may exist in this hybrid line.
