  • Experiment
Congenic strains B6.C-H-17c, B6.C-H-34c, and B6.C-H-38c were analyzed for Ah. The Ah allele was cotransferred with the H-17 allele and H-38 allele of the donor during the derivation of congenics B6.C-H-17c and B6.C-H-38c respectively. These results indicate that H-17, H-38 and Ah are linked on Chromosome 12. The H-34 congenic carried the host Ah type indicating that these two loci recombined during the derivation of B6.C-H-34c.
