    Somatic cell hybrids were from fusion of Chinese hamster cell line 380-6 and mouse spleen or peritoneal macrophages. HindIII digested hybrid DNA was probed on Southern blots using a genomic probe specific for Odc. Partial or fragmented chromosomes reported as present.
