  From an F2 cross involving the genes cog and Tgn, 122 cog/cog mice were typed as homozygous Tgn-a. Of 29 non-cog mice analyzed, 9 were homozygous for Tgn-b, 20 were Tgn-b/Tgn-a and none were Tgn-a/Tgn-a. These results represent zero crossovers in 285 meiotic opportunities, indicating possible allelism between Tgn and cog. The 95% confidence interval for Tgn-cog is 1.1 cM.
