  • Experiment
    Somatic cell hybrids were from fusions of Chinese hamster cell line E36 and peritoneal or spleen cells from BALB/c, NFS/N, A/J and C3H mice. The single hybrid discordant for Mtv8 and Chromosome 6 lacked Mtv8, but was positive for Tpi1. This hybrid was not karyotyped and may not have contained an intact Chromosome 6.
