    Microcell hybrid F(11)N10 from fusion of rat and mouse (C57BL/6J) cells contains only mouse Chromosome 11. MspI and TaqI digests of these hybrids were probed on Southern blots for D11H4S10 (using probe pSC33) and Sparc. Correlation of mouse Chromosome 11with Sparc and D11H4S10 was observed.
