    Somatic cell Hybrids constructed between Chinese hamster cell line E36 and mouse macrophage cells. Mouse chromosome complement determined by karyotypic analysis. Concordant segregation of Tpi and Chromosome 6 was also observed in a series of 9 secondary clones (4 +/+, 5 -/-) constructed from the primary hybrid clones.
