    Somatic cell hybrids were constructed using Chinese hamster cell line E36 and spleen cells or peritoneal cells from BALB/cJ, A/J or NSF.Akv-2. Determination of the presence of the Ifgr was accomplished by binding and covalent cross-linking of [32P]Mu-IFN-gamma.
