n-TGtcc7 [lambda]Mt
n-THgtg8 [lambda]Mt
Notes
  • Experiment
Using restriction analysis, authors established two noncontiguous sequences within clone [lambda]Mt5. Each sequence contains a tRNA histidine gene designated Trnah2 and Trnah3, with their coding regions being 600 bp apart in opposite orientation. Authors also isolated clone [lambda]Mt6 which contains a tRNA glycine and a tRNA histidine, designated as gene symbols Trg1 and Trnah4. Trg1 and Trnah4 are 569 bp apart and in the same orientation.
