  • Experiment
    Somatic cell hybrids were Chinese hamster E36 cells fused with BALB/c embryo fibroblasts, A/HeJ peritoneal macrophages or BALB/c sarcoma cells. The mouse chromosome component was determined by isozyme and karyotype analyses. Cd3d was determined on Southern blots of HindIII digested DNA hybridized with mouse cDNA clone pPEM-T3d.
