Notes
  • Experiment
Cmv4 was mapped to a region of mouse Chromosome 6 between D6Mit52 and D6Mit301. Cmv49 exhibed a lod score of 21.9 with the Klra (Ly49e) region. The resistnce allele was found in PWK/Pas mice. Authors state in the discussion that they are unsure which locus (Nkrp, Clr, Nkg2 or Ly49) that the Cmv4 resistence in PWK/Pas is associated with.
