  At least 6 Klf4 pseudogenes were found in mouse. These were identified within the mouse assembly using Klf4 sequence accessions as AF117109 and NM 010637. Klf4-ps6 was found in Chr 6and corresponded to Exon3, Exon 4 and 5 of Klf4.
