Klf4-ps4 assembly
Klf4-ps5 assembly
Notes
  • Experiment
At least 6 Klf4 pseudogenes were found in mouse. These were identified within the mouse assembly using Klf4 sequence accessions as AF117109 and NM 010637. Klf4-ps4 was found in Chr 9 and corresponded to Exon 4 and 5 of Klf4. Klf4-ps5 was also found in Chr 9 and corresponded exon 5 of Klf4.
