    The T31 mouse radiation hybrid panel (Centre National de Sequencage (CNS), Evry, France) was analysed using a 5'UTR PCR probe from the promoter region of the Spink5 gene. The hybrid panel was informtive in assigning the mouse Spink5 gene to mouse Chromosome 18, 19 cR telomeric to marker D18Mt37 and 123 cR centromeric to marker D18Mt73.
