    Genotype analysis of (A/JSnYCit x I/StYCit)F2 animals showed an interaction between Tbs1 on mouse Chromosome 3 near D3Mit215 and a locus at D17Mit175. Homozygosity for I/StYCit-derived alleles at Tbs1 and heterozygosity for I/StYCit-derived and A/JSnYCit-derived alleles or homozygosity for I/StYCit-derived alleles at D17Mit215 confer a high level of neutrophil inflammation following challenge with Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
