Ducm1
D7Mit69 PCR amplified length variant
Notes
  • Experiment
57 microsatellite markers were genotyped in a population of (C57BL/6 x 129X1/SvJ)F2 intercross animals to map the gene responsible for dsRNA-induced upregulation of costimulatory molecules (UCM). The segregation pattern of this phenotype follows a 1:3 Mendelian ratio indicating the presence of a single gene locus. This gene is designated Ducm1 (dsRNA-induced UCM 1) and maps to 24.5 cM on mouse Chromosome 7 near D7Mit69 (LOD=5.03).
