Notes
  • Experiment
The wrfr mutation was mapped to an interval on mouse Chromosome 2 between 18 cM - 19 cM using 886 C57BL/6J-Slc27a4wrfr mutant and wild type animals. Several genes mapped to this region. This interval is approximately 701 kb in length and is syntenic tohuman Chromosome 9q34.

    The order of markers in this interval are as follows: cent -Ntng2/D2Jhm125 - Crsp8 - Rapgef1 - Slc27a4 - Ceecam1 - Odf2 - D2Jhm132 - tel
