    Screening of the mouse genome identified a 13,149,506 bp of mouse Chromosome 4 supercontig( NW_000213.1) containing the genes Padi1-4. Padi6 was found within this contig. Padi1-4 and 6 span 32.8, 46.2, 25.3, 27.4 and 15.2 kb, respectively.
