Authors used the mouse-hamster T31 radiation hybrid panel to map the lymphoid viral integration site Lvis22 to mouse Chromosome 15. Subsequent analysis of the region near the integration site revealed that the VISA Tag sequence corresponded to the Tnfrsf13c gene.
