Stard5 sequence analysis
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors analyzed mouse genome sequence resources from NCBI as well as Celera Genomics and identified the presence of the Stard5 gene on mouse chromosome 7. The location of the mouse gene corresponded to the location of the human ortholog in a syntenic region on the human chromosome.
