Notes
  • Experiment
The four SIGNR genes represented in MGI as Cd209b, Cd209c, Cd209d and Cd209e were identified on the same HTGS clone AC073706. Based on overlapping sequences between the HTGS clones, the Cd209a and Fcer2a genes were identified on nearby clones AC087183 and AC079491. The human orthologs of Cd209a and Fcer2a were also located next to each other on human Chromosome 19. Cd209b and Cd209d were also independently mapped to mouse chromosome 8 by FISH thereby mapping the entire cluster of genes to Chr 8.
