Notes
  • Experiment
2,036 progeny from a (C57BL/6J-le/le X PWK)-le/+ females X C57BL/6J-le/le males were inforamtive to map the le mutation between distal markers D5Mit338 - D5Mit314 - D5Mit240 - D5Mit316 and proximally by marker D5Mit366. In the cross the Hps4le mutationwas nonrcombinant with D5Mit117, D5Mit177, D5Mit317, D5Mit94, and D5Mit24. SNP analysis indicated that the le mutation was co-localized with Hps4.
