    The authors used the Celera sequence to show that mouse marker Trem1-pending was adjecent to Trem3 on mouse Chromosome 17. Trem2 was downstream of Trem3. Trem5 and Trem4 were identified approximately 1Mb 5 prime of Trem1. Trem1 and Trem3 are separted by only 4kb.
