Ctsl Ctslnkt sequence analysis
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors identified a 118 bp deletion in the Ctsl gene of nkt/nkt mice. This results in the removal of the end of exon 6 and almost all of exon 7. Western analysis showed the absence of Ctsl indicating that nkt mutant mice lack stable Ctsl protein.
