Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors constructed a physical map of a 275kb region on mouse Chromosome 10 representing the junction of human Chromosomes 21 and 22. The order and orientation of the markers in this region was determined by sequencing this segment and was determined to be: 5' - Dip2 - 3' - 3' - S100b - 5' - 5' - Hrmt1l1 - 3' - 3' - Slc5a4a - 5' - Slc5a4b - 3' - 3' - D10Jhu82e - 5' - 5' - Zfp270 - 3'.
