Actn4 direct sequencing
Capn12 direct sequencing
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors analyzed the sequence at the 3' end of the Capn12 gene and identified an open reading frame encoding the Actn4 gene. The Actn4 and Capn12 genes are encoded in oposite orientations and the last exon of Actn4 overlapped the last exon of Capn12 by 330 bp.
