  PCR analysis with a rightward primer from Tnni3 and a leftward primer from Tnnt1 on 3 PAC clones from the RPCI12 library was informative to show that the intergenic distance between Tnni3 and Tnnt1 was approximately 2.4kb on mouse Chromosome 7.
