The approximate physical distance between the markers is: D18Mit64 - 1.1 Mb - D18Mit31 - 0.4 Mb - D18Mit192 - 0.5 Mb - D18Mit67 - 0.2 Mb - D18Mit146. The order of markers in the Npc1 region is D18Mit31 - (D18Umi2, D18Mit192) - D18Mit110 - Npc1 - D18Ua1 - (D18Mit229, D18Mit67, D18Mit191, D18Mit38) - D18Mit146.
