  The Cdkl2 gene was mapped to mouse Chromosome 5 between D5Mit239 and D5Mit200 (lod score = 13.9) using the T31 mouse/hamster Radiation Hybrid panel. The recently expanded database of framework markers in the T31 Radiation Hybrid map has improved so that the Cdkl2 locus has the highest Lod of 12.0 to D5Mit369, compared with a Lod of 8.9 to D5Mit274.
