Atp1a4 overlapping clones
Atp1a2 overlapping clones
Notes
  • Experiment
The authors utilized a BAC contig based on BAC-end sequencing and STS mapping experiments to establish the relative positions of the Atp1a4 and Atp1a2 genes on mouse Chromosome 1. Atp1a4 was placed centromeric to Atp1a2 and separated from each other by a maximal distance of ~170kb.
